Down by the River - Neil!

Great Song. Let's get on with it:

The verse is an E minor 6th? to A ... Bass walks like this:

G--------------------------------------------|--
D--------------------------------------------|--
A-----7-7--7----4-5-6-7-7-7-7--7----4-5-6-7--|--
E------7-7--7--5-----------7-7--7--5---------|--

You're really going to have to know the song to know the timing.
The 4-5-6-7 run on the A string is done really quickly after hitting
the A (5th fret E String) ... again, you're gonna have to listen to
the song ....

The Pre-Chorus goes:

G-----------4-3-2----------------|-
D--------------------------------|-
A---3----2--------2h3---2--22--5-|-
E--------------------------------|-

Chorus:

G-------------------------------------------|-
D-------------------------------------------|-
A-----5---5----5-------------5----5----5----|-
E--3-------------5---------3--------------5-|-

Down by the ri-ver ... I shot my bay-bay

then back to the verse for some improv and some jam!
