Strumming
There is no strumming pattern for this song yet. and get +5 IQ
I think there are two guitars for this song so I'll tab it as such considering it was
to play with just one.

Intro/Verses:
Guitar I
|-------------------------------------|
|-3----5----7----0----3----2----0-----|
|-------------------------------------|
|-------------------------------------|
|-2----4----5---------2----0----------|
|----------------3--------------3-----|

Guitar II
|--------| |------------------|
|--------| |-----0-----3------|
|-----3--| x6 |---2---2-----2----|
|---2----| |-0-------0-----0--|
|-0------| |------------------|
|--------| |------------------|

Play intro with first verse.

I want to come closer
But you are so distant
Lately your thoughts are so far
And I want to show you all that you're missing
I'll meet you right where you are

D A
Oh love, I've always known you
D/F# G
Oh love, you've always been mine
D A D/F# G
Oh love, I'm only asking you for your life

D A
Say that you need me
  D/F# G
I know what you're feeling

[Play last 3 notes of Guitar I intro]
You cannot do this alone
D A
I gave my word and I gave you my life

[Last 3 notes again]
So you'll never be on your own

D A
Oh love, I've always known you
D/F# G
Oh love, you've always been mine
D A D/F# G
Oh love, I'm only asking you for your life

Is this what you wanted?

Is this what you needed?
        D A D/F# G D A
(You're waiting for this life to be what you've been waiting for...)

D A
Oh love, I've always known you
D/F# G
Oh love, you've always been mine
D A D/F# G
Oh love, I'm only asking you for your life

D A
Oh love, I've always known you
D/F# G
Oh love, you've always been mine
D A D/F# G
Oh child, I'm only asking you for your life

i just wanted to say that this is not how they play it, but it sounds pretty decent..

they use a different tuning- i'm not sure what it is, but i know it isn't standard tuning

I think it sounds very close, and it's realy good if you are just soloing it on your acoustic.
and if you do solo it i play the intro tabs a bit different:
|--------------------------------------------|
|-3-3---5-5---7-5---0-3---3-3---2-2---0-0----|
|--------------------------------------------|
|--------------------------------------------|
|--2-----4-----5-----------2-----0-----------|
|--------------------3-----------------3-----|

=D
