[Chorus 1]
E F#m
Everybody needs a place to call their home
B E
Everybody needs someone to call their own
C#m F#m
Even when you're lonely, know you're not alone
B

One of us

[Verse 1]
E B
(Oh)Is this your starring role
C#m
Or just a cameo?
              A E
(Who are you living for, living for, living, oh)
                 B
When you can't take no more
                C#m
'Cause when it rains, it pours
                A
(What are you living for, living for, living)
    E B
I don't got much, but I got heart, and soul
    C#m A
I found myself through all the highs, and lows
  E B
(Oh) Will you drown in the pain
             C#m
Or go dance in the rain?
                A
(What are you living for, living for, living)

[Chorus 2]
E F#m
Everybody needs a place to call their home
B E
Everybody needs someone to call their own
C#m F#m
Even when you're lonely, know you're not alone
B
You're one of us, one of us, one of us
One of us
E G#m
Bring the sunshine in
           C#m
The happy days

The hardship, too
              E
We'll find a way
               G#
So raise your flag
          C#m B
One last time
A
Before the day is through, I promise you

[Verse 2]
E B
(Oh) What have you done so far?
        C#m
Are you satisfied?
               A E
(Who are you living for, living for, living, oh)
          B
It takes a mighty fall
           C#m
Before you learn to walk
               A
(What are you living for, living for, living)
        E B
'Cause life's too short to take it as it goes
     C#m A
So stand up tall, and let the whole world know
 E B
(Oh)So will you lose the game
            C#m
Or go and claim your fame?
               A

I don't think the second chorus is right. Something about "everybody's skin is different, not their fault"
