[Verse 1]
Cadd9 C Cmaj7 C
Our story time is told
Cadd9 C Cmaj7 C Am
And I'm blinded by the afterglow
         F
Can you hear me dear?
Cadd9 C Cmaj7 C
Now I'm thumbing through the pages
Cadd9 C Cmaj7 C Am
Of the beautifully romantic years
       F Am G
I can hear you, dear (I can hear you, dear)

[Pre-chorus]
               F

You disappear

You're still vanishing

You left me here

[Chorus]
Am C
    I stand here today

It's hard to move on without you
Am C F
So my God fill these spaces left in me
                G F
I'm so near to lost, but I'm not
            G C
So near to lost, but I'm not alone

'Cause in heaven there's no room for tears
       F
I can feel you here
Cadd9 C Cmaj7 C
As I'm thumbing through the pages
Cadd9 C Cmaj7 C Am
Seems forever's just too far away

It's hard to move on without you

Love this song and this transcription! Only problem I find is that the intro/interlude/etc. chords don't sound quite right (which I understand; it's a tricky progression). To me, a variation of C-Cadd9-Cmaj7-C sounds more accurate (with the first C Major chord being voiced x320x0 as opposed to the standard x32010); any thoughts on that?
