This sound's much better then the other tabs

    E B C#m G# A F#
e|--0--2---4---4--0---2-|
B|--0--4---5---4--2---2-|
G|--1--4---6---5--2---3-|
D|--2--4---6---6--2---4-|
A|--2--2---4---6--0---4-|
E|--0--2---4---4------2-|

Start with E

E B
I spend a day or nine
                     C#m
 Then finally realize
                                G#
 There's really nothing going on
A E
So why should I try to shake leaves?
                               B
When there's no one in my tree
                         F#
 That I should care about

Chorus
        A E
Let it fall, let it rise
       C#m F#
Let it be and let it slide
      B
Let tomorrow come
     A E
And take my time away

Verse 2
E B
I see the world get by
                              C#m
And watch my friends get high
                                  G#
 I really don't care who's to blame
A E
They love to point fingers at you
                                  B
'cause there's nothing else to do
                       F#
 But waste away my time

Ending/Chorus
        A E
Let it fall, let it rise
       C#m F#
Let it be and let it slide
      B
Let tomorrow come
     A E
And take my time away
         A E
Let it fall, let it rise
       C#m F#
Let it be and let it slide
      B
Let tomorrow come
     A E G#
And take my time away
     A
Let tomorrow come
     B A E
And take my time away

Not bad. For the most part right on except for the chorus. On the 2nd verse of the chorus (let it be and let it slide) he goes down from C# to B and then an A# variation. I play it higher on the neck and on the 6th string but if you're coming down on the 5th you could play that A# with a finger on the 1st fret on the A and the other finger on the 4th fret on the D string.

Pretty sure that this is tonally correct, but the song was recorded using open chords on the 4th fret. With the capo, the E chord would be a C chord, etc.
