[Verse 1]
Dsus2 Dm Gm6/D
Round like a circle in a spiral, like a wheel within a wheel,
                      Gm6/E Gdim Dm
Never ending or be - ginning, on an ever spinning reel,
                        D7sus4 D7 Gm7
Like a snowball down a mountain, or a carnival bal - loon,
                         C11 C7 Fmaj7
Like a carousel that's turning, running rings around the moon,
                              Bbmaj7 Em7b5
Like a clock whose hands are sweeping past the minutes of it's face,
                          A7 Abdim
And the world is like an apple whirling silently in space,
                         A7sus4 A7 Dm
Like the circles that you find in the windmills of your mind!

[Verse 2]
       Dsus2 Dm Gm6/D
Like a tunnel that you follow to a tunnel of it's own,
                    Gm6/E Gdim Dm
Down a hollow, to a cavern, where the sun has never shone,
                             D7sus4 D7 Gm7
Like a door that keeps re - volving in a half forgotten dream,
                       C11 C7 Fmaj7
Or the ripples from a pebble someone tosses in a stream,
                              Bbmaj7 Em7b5
Like a clock whose hands are sweeping past the minutes of it's face,
                          A7 Abdim
And the world is like an apple whirling silently in space,
                         A7sus4 A7 Dm
Like the circles that you find in the windmills of your mind!

[Verse 3]
          Dsus2 Dm Gm7
Keys that jingle in your pocket, words that jangle in your head,
                       C11 C7 Fmaj7
Why did summer go so quickly, was it something that you said?
                       F7 Bbmaj7
Lovers walk along the shore, and leave their footprints in the sand,
                           E4 E7 Am
Is the sound of distant drumming just the fingers of your hand?
                      D7sus4 D7 Gm7
Pictures hanging in a hallway, and the fragment of a song,
                             C11 C7 Fmaj7
Half - remembered names and faces, but to whom do they be - long?
                         Bbmaj7 Em7b5
When you knew that it was over, you were suddenly a - ware,
         Gm6/D Dm/A A7sus4 A7 Dm
That the autumn leaves were turning to the colour of her hair!

[Verse 4]
  Dsus2 Dm Gm6/D
A circle in a spiral, a wheel within a wheel,
                      Gm6/E A7 Abdim
Never ending or be - ginning, on an ever spinning reel,
                   Dm/A
As the images un - wind,
                         A7sus4 A7
Like the circles that you find in the windmills...

Thanks once again Maguri, that's really appreciated from someone who obviously also tries to take as much care over their tabs too.An inspired tune, but one that caused me some headaches along the way in diciphering what's going on with all the string arrangement, but I'm happy it seems to work okay, and hopefully should be more accessible than other versions I've seen out there. The trickiest thing for me is singing it, that 3rd verse is very hard to pitch right.

OMG those chords are awesome -- but I think I'll have to stick with the simplified version.
