[Verse 1]

 (continue intro riff)
Dm
A little sleep, a little slumber
A little folding of the hands
    Am
Left you weak, left you hungry
When there's supply you still demand
                    Gm
You're beginning to drag the ones you love down
Will this phase ever end?
   Bb
A thousand arms to hold you
               C
But you won't reach for any hands

[Pre-Chorus]

C
Cause
Dm
I don't feel like I'm getting through to you
Am
Let me paint this clear, life is short, my dear
Gm
See your mother here, her last painful year
Bb C
  I wish you only knew
                       Bb
She stuck around for you
Bb5 C5 Gm Gm (add 2) Bb5
She stuck around for you

[Chorus]

Bb5
Maybe you should just fall
C5 D5
And leave the world and lose it all
                       Bb5
And if that's what you need
           C5
To finally see
                            Dm
I'll be with you through it all

[Verse 2]

D5
Bring on the pills, roll the dollar bill
Medicating will never heal
         C5
Relapse, rehab, repeat
Always thinking about the me, me, me
     Bb5
Self-destruct, spiral down
Until your want becomes your need
       Bb5
Please get up like I know you can
   C5
Or forever love the fall

[Pre-Chorus]

C

I'll be with you through it all (I'll be with you through it all)

[Bridge] X2
        D5
I can't stand to see you down
Strung out, off the wagon, and unwound
    D5
But steady, steady, Oh God, Jenny, Jenny
D5
I can't bear to hear the sound
                               D5
Of your body, body hitting the ground (riff A only on first time)

Oh, Jenny, Jenny, Jenny

Bb C

Most of the chords in the first verse start as sus9 chords and hammer on from the two(nine) to the three(ten)
making a minor chord.
All of the chords are relative to standard tuning chord shapes, and not drop B, so it's a Dm chord shape but
based off of the actual notes in the chord it is actually a Bm.
I use this version to play on acoustic, I think it still accurately follows the chord changes in the original
version though.
