So I listed the chords Nanna plays(she doesn't actually come in until the chorus)
after this so if you just want the chords and lyrics, scroll past raggi's part

[INTRO AND VERSE]

Guitar 1 (Raggi):

Note: Someone was kind of confused with my previous version of the tab so I'll just mention that there's
sort of just a natural hammer-on on the B string when you change chord shapes. So
for example on the Dm, you should hear that when you hammer on to the 3rd fret
e|--------------------------|----------|------------------------|---------------|
B|--------1-------1-------1-|--------1-|--------1-------1-------|-0h3-----0h3---|
G|----2-------2-------2-----|----0-----|----0-------0-------0---|------2--------|
D|--------------------------|----------|------------------------|----0---0------|
A|--0---0---0---0---0---0---|----------|--3---3---3---3---3---3-|---------------|
E|--------------------------|--3---3---|------------------------|---------------|
          Am G C Dm

e|------------------------|----------|----------------------------|----------|
B|--------1-------1-------|-0--------|-1-------1------1--------1--|-------1--|
G|----2-------2-------2---|-----0----|-----2-------2-------2------|---0------|
D|--3---3---3---3---3---3-|----------|---3---3---3---3---3---3----|----------|
A|------------------------|----------|----------------------------|-3---3----|
E|------------------------|---0---0--|----------------------------|----------|
          Fmaj7 Em Fmaj7 C

                                                                       ^^^
Play that until the last time leading into the chorus and instead of that last C, play this:
e|---------------|
B|-0h3--3---0h3--|
G|---------------|
D|----0---0------|
A|---------------|
E|---------------|
        Dm

[CHORUS]

e|--------0------0--------0-------0-|-------0-------0-------0-------0-|
B|----1-------1-------1-------1-----|---1-------1-------1-------1-----|
G|----------------------------------|---------------------------------|
D|----------------------------------|-3---3---3---3---3---3---3---3---|
A|--3---3---3---3---3---3---3---3---|---------------------------------|
E|----------------------------------|---------------------------------|
                  C Fmaj7

e|--------0------0--------0-------0-|-------0-------0-------0-------0-|
B|----1-------1-------1-------1-----|---1-------1-------1-------1-----|
G|----------------------------------|---------------------------------|
D|----------------------------------|-3---3---3---3---3---3---3---3---|
A|--0---0---0---0---0---0---0---0---|---------------------------------|
E|----------------------------------|---------------------------------|
                  Am Fmaj7

[BRIDGE]

 ("Whoa oh oh...")
It's the same chords as the intro/verse except you're plucking the open strings like in the chorus
(Or just kind of alternating between the bass note then rest of the notes of the chord)
e|--------0-------0------0--|--------0-|--------0-------0-------|----------------|
B|--------------------------|----------|------------------------|--0----3---0----|
G|----2-------2-------2-----|----0-----|----0-------0-------0---|----------------|

A|--0---0---0---0---0---0---|----------|--3---3---3---3---3---3-|----------------|
E|--------------------------|--3---3---|------------------------|----------------|
          Am G C Dm

e|--------0-------0-------|-0--------|-0-------0-------0-------0--|-------0--|
B|------------------------|----------|----------------------------|----------|
G|----2-------2-------2---|-----0----|-----2-------2-------2------|---0------|

A|------------------------|----------|----------------------------|-3---3----|
E|------------------------|---0---0--|----------------------------|----------|
          Fmaj7 Em Fmaj7 C

Play that until the last time leading into the chorus and instead of that last C, play this:
e|---------------|
B|--0---3----0---|
G|---------------|
D|----0---0------|
A|---------------|
E|---------------|

I don't hear the hammer on 0h3. Are you sure the Dm part is right?
