Okay, I had this all tabbed out and then due to UG's shitty design I previewed it 
then went back and magically deleted it all. incredible. So here it is rougher 
than it was the first time round. Chorus chords where the vocal melody climbs im 
not 100% sure on, post revisions as comments please.

The line "But I can't start without going all the way - it's a habit someone gave me." and all the others with that progression don't seem quite right to me. I've been playing it C#m Bm F#m E D Bm E instead of D E C#m F#m Bm D E... still doesn't sound quite right to me, but closer.
