sorry the other version I put up is slightly wrong, here are the right chords.

Dm F C
What remains of the day remains to be seen
       Gm Dm
By the TV that we never turn on
               F C
Each other's enough I never had it so rough
                  Gm Dm
Ever since I been gone
            F C
White noise swells in my head
          Gm Dm
Making me worry it's the summer time
                         F C
But it's the dead of the fall it's the dead of the night
           G
Hell yes I mind

CHORUS

A# F C A#
I would give anything not to feel so jagged
         F C A#
I'd give anything not to feel so jaggged
         F C G
I'd give anything not to feel so jagged

 Dm F C
I couldn't drink enough to make this make sense
      Gm Dm
But I think I'm gonna give it a try
                    F C
There's no settling down there's only driving down-state
      G
So I drive

This is right, I cocked up a few of the chords when writing them down on the other one.

Umm... it would be really cool if you actually had a complete tab of this song. this is like %40 of it. Lame.

I'm pretty sure this song is played in Drop D (DADGBE). It gives the guitar and, thusly, song a much richer, deeper sound. Your chords are correct minus the G minors. Pretty sure they're not straight minors and playing them as "drop-D-power-chords" is the best way to recreate the authentic sound.
