I think they play this with the B and the high E ringing open. If you want to play it in their key, tune your whole guitar down a half step, take this tab, transpose it up one half step, and play barre chords up and down the fretboard using the thumb-wrap around technique while leaving the highest two strings ringing open.

I know it sounds like I'm canceling out the half step by transposing up one and tuning down, but you're going to have dissonance on those high strings if you don't. You also have the option of leaving your guitar tuned normally and playing it up a half step.

The "Fm" (F#m when tuned down to D#) got lost in the 1st chorus at "no one laughing."

Great tab, thanks. I usually tune down a half step to standard tuning at D#/Eb to play Our Lady Peace. I imagine that's what they do. So to see this best, Transpose the tab to E and tune to D#G#C#F#A#D#
