This is completely my interpretations...I'm sure a lot is missing/wrong, but,
I think it's a great start.

Please, PLEASE note that I never emphasize timing on my tabs, it is a must that you listen
to the tune to figure out where the notes go.  It's too much of a hassle to make tabs, and
Even much worse to spend time on timing, and it's not too hard to pick it up yourself, so

Good tab, with a few corrections:

(1) The first chord in the chorus is Cm, not C#m.
(2) The second chord in the ending is B7, not Bm.

If you want to play the song with only one guitar, you can use these arrangements for the verse and post-chorus parts:
