Chords are the same as guitar, so Dm, G, and C for the verses. Then, F, Fm, C, Am, Dm, D, G for pre-chorus. And Am, D, F, C for the chorus. You could just put capo on a uke because the chords shown seem a bit high, despite it being on a ukulele.

I use these chords except for the C in the verse. Swap it for a Cm7 and you're good
