Hey Guys! I've been trying to search this whole website for a decent set of chords to
this song but to no avail, so i decided to create my own. I tried and tested it by ear and
even played it together with the original music and it sounds pretty awesome to me!

PS: this is my first time submitting my own tab, so i hope you guys like it!!

Do feel free to email me at destinedt@hotmail.com for any queries or feedback! would
appreciate it

 Capo 2

C, G, Am, F repeat

C: 032010
G: 320033
Am: 002210
F: 00321x

 C G Am
She's sitting at the table, the hours get later
                   F
He was supposed to be here
                             C
She's sure he would have called
                       G Am
She waits a little longer, there's no one in the driveway
                          F
No one's said they've seen him
                      C
Why, is something wrong?
                          G
She looks back to the window
                     Am
Suddenly the phone rings
                            F
A voice says something's happened
                          C
That she should come right now
                      G
Her mind goes to December
                      Am
She thinks of when he asked her
                     F
He bent down on his knees first, and he said

[Chorus]

 C G Am
I want you forever, forever and always
             F C
Through the good and the bad and the ugly
                  G
We'll grow old together
              Am F
Forever and always

From here on its exactly the same as above. Repeat the chords C, G, Am, F. Bridge included.

[Verse 2]

C G Am F
She pulls up to the entrance
She walks right to the front desk
They lead her down a million halls, a maze that's never ending
They talk about what happened but she can barely hear them
She tries to keep a straight face as she walks into the room
She sits by his bedside, holds his hand too tight
They talk about the kids they're gonna have and the good life
The house on the hillside, where they would stay

[Chorus]

C G Am F
Stay there forever, forever and always
Through the good and the bad and the ugly
We'll grow old together, and always remember
Whether rich or for poor or for better
We'll still love each other, forever and always

[Bridge]

 F G Am
Then she gets an idea and calls in the nurses
                   F F
Brings up the chaplain and he says a couple verses
                  G Am
She borrows some rings from the couple next door
               F F
Everybody's laughing as the tears fall on the floor
                    G
She looks into his eyes, and she says

[Chorus]

C G Am F
I want you forever, forever and always
Through the good and the bad and the ugly
We'll grow old together, and always remember
Whether happy or sad or whatever
We'll still love each other, forever and always
Forever and always, forever and always

She finishes the vows but the beeps are getting too slow
His voice is almost too low
As he says, I love you forever, forever and always
Please just remember even if I'm not there
I'll always love you, forever and always

Almost! Everything is fine except for the last half of the second verse, they switch up the chord progression just a tad, goes like this:

(F) (G) (Am)
She sits by his bedside, holds his hand too tight

(F) (F)
They talk about the kids they're gonna have and the good life

(G)
The house on the hillside, where they would stay

Everything else is spot on I do believe, nice work!

My apologies, I was mistaken, the chords I left for the ending of the second verse are again repeated in the bridge, so now the bridge goes like this:

(F) (G) (Am)
Then she gets an idea and calls in the nurses

(F) (F)
Brings up the chaplain and he says a couple verses

(G) (Am)
She borrows some rings from the couple next door

(F) (F)
Everybody's laughing as the tears fall on the floor

(G)
She looks into his eyes, and she says

Last time I'll post a correction, I promise, sorry again for the double comment/correction note.
