Intro:

[Bm A D]

*Note on the Intro*-With the "D" you can play around with it, add "sus"s and stuff. The
is kinda like a filler between the "Bm" and "D" so only like 4 quick strums or so.

Verse:

Bm A D Bm A D
Love... I get so lost sometimes
 Bm A D Bm A D
Days pass and this emptiness fills my heart
 Bm A D
When I want to run away
   Bm A D
I drive off in my car
 Bm A D
But whichever way I go
       Bm A D
I come back to the place where you are

Bridge:

A G
All my instincts
              A
They return
                      G
And the grand facade*
                   A
So soon will burn
                 G
Without a noise
                  A
Without my pride
                      G
I reach out from the inside

Chorus:

         E
In your eyes

The light, the heat
D
(your eyes)

I am complete
E
(your eyes)

I see the doorway
D
(your eyes)

To a thousand churches
E
(your eyes)

the resolution
D
(your eyes)
                          E
To all the fruitless searches

(your eyes)
D E
Oh, I see the light and the heat

(your eyes)
         D
I wanna be that complete
E
(your eyes)
          D E
I wanna touch the light, the heat I see in your eyes

Verse 2:
love, I don't like to see so much pain
so much wasted and this moment keeps slipping away
I get so tired of working so hard for our survival
I look to the time with you to keep me awake and alive

Bridge

what really sounds good is adding a few Esus's during the chorus

I think in the verse, while there are other notes adding to the chord, in each case where you have D written the root note is G. I just played along with the youtube and G fit much better. Bm-A-G
