VERSE 1:
F#m E Asus A F#m E A
    My faithful father, enduring friend
             D E
Your tender mercies like a river with no end
F#m E Asus A F#m E A
It overwhelms me, covers my sin

Each time I come into your presence

I stand in wonder once again

Your love is still a mystery
      A D E F#m
Each day I fall on my knees
            D Esus E F#m

Your grace still amazes me

You are the Author and the Healer of my soul

I know there's no way to repay you

The Am in the beginning (and many of them) is actually a F/A, and the G is /B

Steve Green's version uses "C" as starting chord in chorus. I would agree with danielgc that some of the Am need to be F.... I wish I had the intro/outro chords-they are very interesting--can anybody put them in the comments. www, ccli, com doesn't have chords as of Oct 2015 but does have lyrics. Thank you for your effort. I love this song.
