This is just a simple procession that I think works with the tune. Sorry if it's not right! Enjoy.

[Intro]
D Am C G D Am C G
Washed ashore.....Washed ashore....

[Verse]
D Am C G
I'd like to live beneath the dirt
D Am C G
A tiny space to move and breathe is all that I would ever need
D Am C G
I wanna live beneath the dirt
D Am C G
Where I'd be free from push and shove like all those swarming up above
Am C
Beneath their heels I'll spend my time....

D Am
Shout your name into the wind......
C G
I'll wiggle in the earth and dew
D Am
Shout your name into the wind.......
C G
And sometimes I will think of you
D Am
Shout your name into the wind.....
C G D Am
And if you ever think of me kneel down and kiss the earth
C G
and show me what this thought is worth
Am C
I'll never hear your voice again

[Outro]
D Am C G
Shout your name into the wind.....
(Repeat)

The last am in both the chorus and the verse should be an em. This figure also occurs after the intro and at the end of the song (on the album, that is)

Correction/clarification to my earlier comment: at the end of the intro, after the solo, and at the end of the song there should be an extra two chords: em and C
