[Intro]
C G (x2)

        C G
Sometimes I think I'm a killer

Scared you in your house
     C
Even scared myself by talkin'
      G
About Dahmer on your couch
      C
But I can't sleep next to a body
     G
Even harmless in death
     C
plus I'm pretty sure I'd miss you
           G G7
and faking sleep to count your breath

        Dm Am
Can the killer in me
        Dsus2/F# F
Tame the fire in you
                                   C G
Is there nothing left to do for us

     Dm Am
I am sick of the chase
     Dsus2/F# F
but I'm hungry for blood

and there's nothing I can do

C G (x2)

    C
But when I'm sick and tired
        G
when my mind is barely there
   C
when a machine keeps me alive
        G
and I'm losing all my hair
              F C G
I hope you'll kiss my rotten head and pull the plug
              F C G
know that I've burned every playlist and given it all my love

        Dm Am
Can the killer in me
        Dsus2/F# F
Tame the fire.....in you
                                        C G
I know there's something waiting for us
       Dm Am
I am sick of the chase
      Dsus2/F# F
But I'm stupid in love
                         C
And there's nothing I can do
G
And there's nothing I can do

C (Finish on the Root Chord)

One big suggestion: that G chord is G7, not Gmaj7. G chord with an F, first fret, on the first string. A more minor note, the F chord seems to be voiced with that high G (3rd fret, 1st string). Basically an Fsus2 but with the sus2 in the upper voice.

Also, easy to hear, but the C chord usually has the first finger doing a pull off on the second string from 1st fret to open. Sometimes the G chord has a hammer on that very same string and fret as well. Just listen for it and play around with it to see where the flourishes fit. She isn't consistent with it so don't feel like you have to be.

Great job! Although I did notice that each of the places where you have a D chord sound way better with a C chord. Try it out!
