Best way to learn
set tempo
this song has one riff and you jsut play it through the song.

in different versions of the song the bass player might have it where you dont puck the
twice and it just changes around like but those are those notes, g d e bcd, and for
guitar you would just play a g chord then wait for the b and play a B chord and then
wait for the d and play a d chord and start over.

if you have any questions about this song or need any help feel free to email me at

p.s. - the tab for the bass line thats already on there isnt a good way to learnt hat song peeace

it was useless that you made this tab. its exactly the same as the first version except you dont have three 3s at the beginning and you go to the 2 on the D string instead of teh 7 on the A string. it doesnt matter...
you should have just posted a comment on version one. it was a waste of time making this tab. its not different.

I disagree with everyone else that gave you crap. This actually sounds more correct than the other ones. mainly how the others didn't have the quick succession, but instead added more notes than necessary.
And for the people that keep saying its the same note (2 on D and 7 on a), it use, but it's placed so you can play it more with ease, instead of having to go from 7a all the way down to 2a, but instead use the SAME SOUNDING NOTE THAT IS RIGHT NEXT TO IT.

Some people.

I agree that playing the E on the 2nd fret of the D string makes more sense and it's how I prefer to play this, but it's not how Kim Deal played it. There's video of it here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJncHEZ3URs) and she's clearly shifting up to the 7th fret. Not to mention going the long way and fretting it with her index finger rather than a pinkie.

So yes, while v.1 sounds more accurate to me it also looks like it's the way she originally played it. Straight eighths, no syncopation.
