      F C G
On a rooftop in Brooklyn

One in the morning
F C G
Watching the lights flash
F C G
In Manhattan

I see five bridges

The empire state building
     F C G
And you said something
            F C G
That I've never forgotten

    F C G
We lean against railings
    F C G
Describing the colours
          F C G
And the smells of our homelands
F C G
Acting like lovers
C D C
How did we get here?
C D C
To this point of living?
F C G
I held my breath
     F C G
And you said something

       F C G
And I am doing nothing wrong
F C G
Riding in your car
     F C G
Your radio playing
        F C G
We sing up to the eighth floor
     C D C
A rooftop, in Manhattan
C D C
One in the morning
      F C G
When you said something
           F C G
That I've never forgotten
      F C G
When you said something
          F C G
That was really important

I think that the 1st guitar isn't a guitar. It sound like a Organ with a kind of rare effect.

I could be wrong, but I think the change at the second couplet (CDC: "I see five bridges") is really Aminor D C. Listen carefully to the song and there is definitely a minor tonality at the outset of that line.
