It is always the same scheme - just listen to that great song to figure out the
right times to change the chords. It's always 4/4.

Updated it - sorry i got the previous version completely wrong!

D
his steely skin is covered
F
by centuries of dust
C
once he was a great one
D
now he's dull and rust
D
an oily tear he's crying
F
can you feel the pain
C
of the sad sad robot
D
driving him insane

D
he can't turn back time nor history
F
so his life became a misery
C
he has to face the destiny
D
that he's all on his own

D

Dm sounds better than D, apart from that it sounds great :)
*edit*: also, in the second stanza, I thought the words go:
he has to face the destiny
But no one cares anymore
(or perhaps That no one care anymore)
