[Intro]
Em - F - Em - C - Am - Bb - Am - G

[Verse 1]
Em F
As she walks in the room
            Em
Scented and tall
          C
Hesitating once more
Am Bb
And as I take on myself
                     Am
And the bitterness I felt
               G
I realise that love flows

Then it's just those chords for the rest of the song.

[Chorus]
Wild, white horses
They will take me away
And the tenderness I feel
Will send the dark underneath
Will I follow?

[Verse 2]
Through the glory of life
I will scatter on the floor
Disappointed and sore
And in my thoughts I have bled
For the riddles I've been fed
Another lie moves over

[Chorus]
Wild, white horses
They will take me away
And the tenderness I feel
Will send the dark underneath
Will I follow?

Wild, white horses
They will take me away
And the tenderness I feel
Will send the dark underneath
Will I follow?

There is a B minor in between the C and A minor but apart from that spot on.

I think it's actually C/B (x22010)
