C Em
Ooooooooooooooo
Ooooooooooooooo
C

[Verse 1]
             Em
You told me, I see the rise
     C Em C
But, it always falls
                 Em
I see them come, I see them go

[Chorus]
        C Em
You say, "All things pass into the night"
        C Em
And I say, "Oh no sir I must say you're wrong
                C Em
I must disagree, oh no sir, I must say you're wrong"
                    C
Won't you listen to me

[Verse 2]
                  Em C
You told me, I've seen it all before
              Em
I been there, I've seen my hopes and dreams
                    C
Lying on the ground
                  Em
I've seen the sky just begin to fall

[Chorus]
            C Em
And you say, "All things pass into the night"
           C Em
And I say, "Oh no sir, I must say you're wrong
                C Em
I must disagree, oh no sir, I must say you're wrong"
                    C Em
Won't you listen to me

C Em

[Outro]
         C Em
Good-bye horses, I'm flying over you

Good-bye horses, I'm flying over you
         C Em
Good-bye horses, I'm flying over you

Good-bye horses, I'm flying, flying, flying over you

That is so simple, but works so well.

Sounds really great if you use open chords in the verse, then transition into bar chords of the next octave up for the chorus. Good tab!
