I don't like this song too much, but that's just the music. The lyrics are great.
It's something to play alone quietly in a pensive moment perhaps. Chords are
approximate and I think it sounds a lot better played on keyboards.

Mat

          G G/B
It's Winter fall
                   Em G/D
Red Skies are gleaming
Am Am
Seagulls are flying over
Am
Swans are floatin' by
C/G
Smoking chimney tops
           Gm
Am I dreaming?
           Bb
Am I dreaming?

(verse 2 as above and then..............)

F
Dreaming............ so quiet and peaceful
Dm7
Dreaming............ tranquil and blissful
C
Dreaming............ there's a kind of magic in the air!
G
Dreaming............ what a truly magnificant view!
G/B
Dreaming............ a breathtaking scene
C/E Dm
And the dreams of the world in the palm of your hand

(and later on.............)

                A F#m
It's all so beautiful like a landscape painting in the sky
Bm Bm7
Mountains are zooming higher
Bm D
Little girls cry. My world is spinning and spinning
Am C
It's unbelievable.... sends me reeling
Am C G
Am I dreaming? Am I dreaming? Oh it's bliss
