I'm sorry you feel that way. Let me clarify:

The notes in parentheses are NOT supposed to be strummed, as was noted in the legend at the bottom. Instead, it's a quick slide to that note on the following beat, like a hammer-on. I kept the fret number there because that's the target for the slide. When played, the rhythm's like this:

If you meant the slide solo, I tabbed both the octaved version -what you hear on-track- and the version for a single person playing just the lead note from it. Since the octaved version is significantly more difficult to play, I left both to let people choose their poison.
