Play an Amaj7 instead of a in the verses. That would be my only correction. Don't barre the C#m, then just move your index finger to the 5th fret of the E string (or use your thumb, or just take your finger off and play the A string open). That's the voicing Thom uses and it sounds absolutely gorgeous :)
