Transcribed these on piano, its not difficult once you work out the rhythm. Lyrics
aren't 100% accurate obviously.

Dbmaj7: Db chord with added C
C(#9): C chord with added Eb (as well as the regular E)
Db(add9) Db chord with added Eb
F#(b5): F# chord but with A C instead of C#
E(b5): E chord but with A Bb instead of B

This is a great tab; however, I'm having a hard time playing because I don't know the chords you've listed above. Can someone tell me how to play C#9, C#add9,F#b5, & Eb5. Those last two confuse me because (b) usually means flat & F# played a step more flat is F. Someone please help me out. Also does anyone know an easier way to play C#maj7 & Eb6?

The trouble I have is how do I do the transition for the D chords?

@lucho009: Since it's orginally for piano, it's kind of hard to play it on guitar, but my suggestion is to play the D chord from the fifth fret of the A string and then slide your index finger to the fourth fret, and then, releasing your index finger, place your thumb on the seventh fret of the low E and then finally slide it down to the sixth fret (alternatively you can do this with your index finger, but I find using my thumb a lot easier.

@Canttellwhat:
C(#9) is played as three notes: C (third fret A string) E (second fret D string) Eb (fourth fret B string).
C#add9 is played in two ways during the song:
1. After C(#9). Same way as C(#9), but on other frets of course: C# (fourth fret A string) F (third fret D string) Eb (fourth fret B string).
2. As a chord after Eb:

F#(b5) means a major F# chord with a flat fifth.
Play it like this:
E-x
B-11
G-11
D-10

Same goes for E(b5).

C#maj7 is played in a style similiar to C(#9) and C#add9, with three notes: C# (fourth fret A string) F (third fret D string) C (first fret B string)
The C before it is also played this way: C (third fret A string) E ( second fret D string) C (first fret B string)
You can hear it in the song.

Eb6 is played like this:

Same goes for C#6:

I hope this helped you.
