What is a "Gm7/11" chord?

Gm7/11, also called Gm11, is a minor 7 chord with an added 11. In G that would be: g-Bb-d-f-c (= root-third-fifth-seven-eleven).

I added playable voicings for all the strange chords in this song above the tab. Gm11: 3-x-3-3-1-x.
