it somewhat doesn't look and/or look right...

i play the song with the Capo on the 1st fret and the chords: D, A, Em, and C.

not sure if my suggestion is 100% accurate but it is close.

and the way put it (above) it's not perfect but more easier...

but instead of C do Cadd9.

Thanks for the comments. Not sure where you're using those chords in the song, but I tried them with my capo and I'm not too sure about them. The chords I've transcribed seem to be a closer fit, however it's important to keep in mind that I wrote the chords I heard, which may not be perfect to others, but they seemed spot on to me. Feel free to experiment and play the song as you see fit, especially if it makes it easier for you to play. I also tend to use A LOT of barre chords, and rarely use a capo. Enjoy!!!
