Song: Hallelujah I Love Her So

[Verse]

F F/A Bb C7+5
Let me tell you 'bout a girl I know
  F F/A Bb C11
She is my baby and she lives next door
F13 Cb9-5
Every mornin' 'fore the sun comes up
Bb9 Bº
She brings me coffee in my favorite cup
                       F F/E F/Eb
That's why I know, yes, I know
Dm7-5 G7-9 C11 F
Hallelujah, I just love her so

F F/A Bb C7+5
When I'm in trouble and I have no friend
  F F/A Bb C11
I know she'll go with me until the end
F13 Cb9-5
Everybody asks me how I know
Bb9 Bº
I smile at them and say, "She told me so"
                       F F/E F/Eb
That's why I know, oh, I know
Dm7-5 G7-9 C11 F
Hallelujah, I just love her so

[Chorus]

Bb9 Bº
Now, if I call her on the telephone
F/C F9+5
And tell her that I'm all alone
Bb9 Bº
By the time I count from one to four
  G7 A7 D7 G7 C7
I hear her [KNOCK-KNOCK-KNOCK-KNOCK] on my door

[Verse]

F F/A Bb C7+5
In the evening when the sun goes down
  F F/A Bb C11
When there is nobody else around
F13 Cb9-5
She kisses me and she holds me tight
Bb9 Bº
And tells me, "Daddy, everything's all right"
                       F F/E F/Eb
That's why I know, yes, I know
Dm7-5 G7-9 C11 F
Hallelujah, I just love her so

[Chorus]

Bb9 Bº
Now, if I call her on the telephone
F/C F9+5
And tell her that I'm all alone
Bb9 Bº
By the time I count from one to four
  G7 A7 D7 G7 C7
I hear her [KNOCK-KNOCK-KNOCK-KNOCK] on my door

[Verse]

F F/A Bb C7+5
In the evening when the sun goes down

She kisses me and she holds me tight
Bb9 Bº

Over complicated and inaccurate. F13 then Cb9-5, Bb9 -wot!? When the basic progression is evidently tonic, tonic 7th, sub-dominant. Why mess around and put in 13th, tritone substitution and sub-dominant ninth? Maybe you can add those colours, but unless you get the right inversion it will sound awful in usual guitar inversions.
