I've played it 10 times all over again with the original song. It sounds nice with capo on 3rd fret. And easy to play ofcourse:)

Maybe there is a mistake with the F#/D cord. I think it don't belongs to this song. It sounds to me like a D7 cord.

The bridge is in my opinion Em and than no G but another cord..
I don't know the cord but what I do is play Em (2nd and third string on 2nd fret) and than again but than with open strings. only 2nd and 3rd string. That sounds good to me.
