As a crazy little thing they call the telephone,

You can get one in your briefcase, on a plane or in your car,

(chorus)
            A D A
So tell me why (why) haven't I (haven't I) heard from you,
 A A-A#-B-C-C#-D--this is a walk up
Why haven't I heard from you,
         D A
Tell me why (why) haven't I (haven't I) heard from you,
A
Why haven't I heard from you,
            G E
I said now darlin' (darlin') honey (honey) what is your excuse,
A A - D - A - F-E
Why haven't I heard from you,

The service man he told me that my phone was workin' fine,
             A

A natural disaster I know nothing about,

for some reason the lines that say "this is a walk up" didn't go through whatever process it is that allows the song to transpose when clicking the button to change the key up or down.
