On the "she smiles while I do my time" bit, try this chord as the second one x,x,11,9,9,12
It seems to follow the pattern of the song a bit better where it's got the basis of one of the chords, in this case C#m, but with the added note on the 'e' string.

Also in the verse, instead of the C#m7 being a route 5, change it to a route 6 with this shape 9,11,9,9,12,x
There's a few other bits I'd change as well, but I'm not really sure what to just yet, so if I work them out I'll come back and say.

Ok, that last correction was stupid of me, but it just sounds better in a route 6 position on my guitar.
