dude, if you say these supposed to be official chords, then have you ever heard of enharmonic notes? no offense but, no professional musician ever would transcribe it with D# major. It should be Eb major. All of those sharp chords are enharmonically wrong. but I guess no one cares....even when it would make the whole song easier for everybody....but still rightish chords mate. good job!

ah in the chorus in between the A# (Bb) and Fm there should be another Eb Chord ;)
