These are the correct chords and are good for the piano intro. There is no piano in the 
or the last verse, the guitar plays bar chords though.

The 5 behind a chrod just means bar chord. They could be played as a full chord, just 
that some will be minor.

This is all spot on for me, though as you pointed out that G has an odd phrasing, which I think I worked out..

Sorry but these are not correct. Plus, there are no chords for the break that begins "There's a birthday party at the home of Farmer Gray."

I believe the odd G phrasing may be a Bm/G
