Thanks to gamersg for his amazing tab. Although, it only had (If You Want It) so I 
decided to add the rest. So...

This Is The End = Capo 4 (Key of E)
(If You Want It) = Capo 5 (Key of F)

To have it sound resolved, just play C at "throne" instead

There's a few parts with Am, F, G, and C/Em are spaced out weird. If one of those moderator peoples could put C (or Em) on the same line, I would love them forever (well, not really, but still, it would make me a happy camper!).

A note to you guys, the Am F and G are in the right places. Just sort-of feel out were the C/Em should go.

C and Em tend to be interchangeable depending on how unresolved it makes you feel.
