Rilo Kiley  With Arms Outstretched
Tabbed by Philip Lee

E       = 0 2 2 1 0 0
F#m7    = 2 4 2 2 0 0
A       = 0 0 2 2 2 0
B7      = x 2 1 2 0 0
C#m     = 4 6 6 5 4 4

[Intro]

 E

[Verse]

     E                    F#m7
It's sixteen miles to the promised land
      A               B7               E
And I promise you I'm doing the best I can
       E                                 F#m7
Don't fool yourself into thinking you're more than a man
                A       B7    E
'Cause you'll probably end up dead
      E                     F#m7              A                 B7   E
I visit these mountains with frequency and I stand here with my arms up

[Chorus]

F#m7      B7               E
Some days last longer than others
        F#m7         B7            E
But this day by the lake went too fast
           F#m7        B7
And if you want me you better speak up
C#m     E
I won't wait
         A      B7        E
So you'd better move fast

[Verse]

      E                  F#m7
Don't fool yourself into thinking you're more than you are
          A                    B7   E
With your arms outstretched to me
     E                    F#m7
It's sixteen miles to the promised land
      A               B7               E
And I promise you I'm doing the best I can

[Chorus] x2

F#m7      B7               E
Some days last longer than others
        F#m7         B7            E
But this day by the lake went too fast
           F#m7        B7
And if you want me you better speak up
C#m     E
I won't wait
         A      B7        E
So you'd better move fast
