All references to C#m should be replaced with F#m.

No, C#m is correct. Not that it matters any, because the chords are exactly the same notes, but It's actually played with the chords transposed down a full step and capo on the second fret. For some people it might be easier to Sing in G instead of A, so it just makes it easier to transpose by taking the capo off. so the chords would be.
capo 2nd fret
A= G
C#m = Bm
D= C
E= D
Bm = Am
F#m = Em
