I saw there wasn't a tab for this yet and it's a GREAT song,
pretty straightforward.
This will mostly be the rhythm guitar (Joan Jett)
and a little bit of the lead (Lita Ford). 

INTRO

              listen to strum pattern on the song, it's fairly simple.

In the last repeat before the chorus Lita adds a little fill on
the A string. It's pretty easy to hear, once again just listen to song:

          with the syncopation as much as possible, maybe it'll help.

No, you're both wrong...he's correct except after going up to the D string instead of 4-4 it's 3-2. So when going up on the E string it's 3-4, then down on the E string it's 3-2.
