The rest of the lead is pretty much in that Bm pentatonic on the 7th fret. I'm not really sure how he is 
that B and I'm not really sure what is going on musically, so any help would be great.

it's a capo on the second fret. there's another guitar that screws around at a few points w/ a slide. also you slide (w/o a slide) between the 7 and 9 frets for teh first few notes of that riff. etc.
