You left me here on your way to paradise

You pulled the rug right out from under my life
G Am G - Am
I know where you goin' to I knew when you came home last night
G C E7 A7 D9 D
'Cause your eyes had a mist from the smoke of a distant fire

G - Am - Bm - Am

G Am G - Am
Lord, I was stung shoulda seen it come a long time ago
G Am G - Am
When I realized the reality gave me a roll
G Am G - Am

Abm Abm Eb
This lying, and cryin's upsettin' and getting no where
Abm Abm Eb
It don't stack up, so slack up and pack up, I just don't care

thanks for the tab...i'm thinking the F#7 might sound better as C#m...walk it down from a D bar chord...great tune!

Okay, so listening to this song again, I have a slight correction for the bridge. They are likely playing both on the recording, but if you are just playing by yourself, it sounds better to play:

F, Em,
Dm (Don't let the screen door)
Gm (Hit you, on your way)
Dm (out, don't you drown when your)
Gm (Dream boat runs)
C (onto the)
A (ground)

The correction here is replacing Bb/F and C/G with Gm and C respectively. A small change, and like I said, on the recording I think its both, but this is what I play now, after many listens and play-alongs.
