In the entire song, where it says to play either an "E" or an "A", they are actually supposed to be an "Em" and an "Am". And I'm playing the "C" as a major, just because it sounds better. Could have been typed up better, but when played with a back-up it sounds pretty close to the original.

Lack of formatting. Lack of accuracy. The chords were incorrect. For instance, there was a major chord where there should have been a minor. Also, the words were out of synch with the chords.
