This is a beautiful song that sounds great on guitar even though it was made for piano.
had a look at the other Chords for this song and noticed that a lot were wrong. I'm
sure these ones are 100% correct.

Chords Used:
     EADGBe
Em (022030) [Extra note makes it sound better]
G (320033)
D (x00232)
Bm (xx4432) [The Bm is optional, i just thought it sounded better]
A (002220)
F#m (244222)

.............................................................................

[Verse]

                    Em G
Spend all your time waiting for that second chance
        D Bm A
For the break that will make it ok
                    Em G
There's always some reason to feel not good enough
         D Bm A
And it's hard at the end of the day

               Em G
I need some distraction, oh beautiful release
D Bm A
Memories seep from my veins
            Em G
They may be empty and weightless, and maybe
D Bm A
I'll find some peace tonight

[Chorus]

D F#m
In the arms of an Angel, fly away from here
          G D Bm A
From this dark, cold hotel room, and the endlessness that you fear
D F#m
You are pulled from the wreckage of your silent reverie
              G D A D
You're in the arms of an Angel; may you find some comfort here

[Verse]

                Em G
So tired of the straight line, and everywhere you turn
        D Bm A
There's vultures and thieves at your back
                   Em G
The storm keeps on twisting, you keep on building the lies
         D Bm A
That you make up for all that you lack

                 Em G
It don't make no difference, escaping one last time
     D Bm A
It's easier to believe
              Em G
In this sweet madness, oh this glorious sadness
     D Bm A
That brings me to my knees

[Chorus]

       D F#m
In the arms of an Angel, fly away from here
          G D Bm A
From this dark, cold hotel room, and the endlessness that you fear
        D F#m
You are pulled from the wreckage of your silent reverie
       G D A D
In the arms of an Angel; may you find some comfort here

[Outro]

            G D A
(let it ring)
Your in the arms of an Angel; may you find some comfort here.

well...this is NOT a hundred percent perfect because i'm definately hearing some seventh chords in there especially before the chorus. jolly good work, though.
