For the parts that sound like she's using the whammy (going into the verse and the chorus), you play:

And bend those two strings by pressing them down behind the nut (I use my thumb) up a whole tone.

Or, alternatively, you can bend the B string normally and just the G string behind the nut, which is a bit easier.
