There's a rythm you have to follow all over this song.
If you listen to it you can't miss it! In some points I added it,
but in some others you have to find it by yourself. It generaly goes like:

                                x=Hand muted and really short
                                4=Really long

INTRO|-----------------------------------|               M=Hand Muted
     |-----5=4-----7=5-4-4-5=4-----7=5-4-|            PLAY INTRO 4 TIMES
     |-2-2-3=2-5-5-5=3-2-2-3=2-5-5-5=3-2-| THE FIRST 2 DO NOT PLAY THE MUTED NOTES
         M       M       M       M

     |-------------------------------------------------------------| THE LAST CHORD DOESN'T HAVE TO BE PLAYED

     |-2-2-2--2---------4---------7==================5-----------4-|                  IF YOU WANT TO!
          Out in the streets Dogs are on the run cats are all in heat
          Out in the streets Snakes are all around you dirty rats are on their

Only follows the basic changes, far from being an accurate tab of the rhythm guitar.
