Strumming
There is no strumming pattern for this song yet. and get +5 IQ
Capo 2 for this. All chords relative to that position.

Scott picks the root of each chord and then the D,G,B,G,B strings in that order. There
occasional walks and "Scottisms" mixed in there (i.e. pulls/hammers/walks). They're
easy to figure out on your own if you get this far. He also strums in parts for dramatic
but the chords don't change. It's a beautiful song and I felt it worth posting.
is my first attempt at posting a song. Any comments/suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Intro: (x2) C - G - Am - Em - F - Fm - C (walk down to) G (then back up to)

         C G Am Em
When you dance with him, you look so thin
F Fm C (walk down to) G (then back up to)
That I can almost look through you and see

When you dance with him, I see losers win
F Fm C (walk down to) G (then back up to)
And loser’s not who their supposed to be
C G Am Em
Goodnight, you loser, you midnight moonlight user
F Fm C (walk down to) G (then back up to)
It’s time for you to try to fall asleep

(Scott plays the verse progression once here with some alternate picking for "flair")

         C G Am Em
When you dance with him, I see you blend
F Fm C (walk down to) G (then back up to)
Into who you are supposed to be
         C G Am Em
When you dance with him, time you spend
F Fm C (walk down to) G (then back up to)
Begins to turn you in to something cheap
   C G Am Em

G F
