 A B C#m E

 E
That won't change

Together we vow that our colors will sparkle the faith

    A B
And I will find you
C#m E
I will find you
A B
I will reach you
  C#m E A
Or I, I, I will lose my mind
  B C#m
Lose my mind
  E A
Lose my mind
  B C#m E
Lose my mind, yeah

I personally like to sing while playing it on my acoustic with the following:
Either
- strum each chord once and let ring
- Or start with strumming the first two chords and letting them ring and then keep this pattern for each chord D-D-U-D-U
