It IS accurate, but not 100%. You see, in the actual song from One Cold Night, Shaun Morgan plays those chords, but alters them throughout the song. While played the E minor, he hammers on/off to a Em7, then strums one Em7, then completely silences. Then the Dsus2 is played. But then again, if you want the lead guitarist to do the hammer on/off's then it might sound better. Plus! There is an error on the C chord, it looks like a C, but it sounds more like a bar chord of some sort. I'll post a new version when i review the DVD. But a decent job otherwise.

Lack of accuracy. Include all the lyrics....don't be lazy.
Take your time and do it right, or don't do it at all.
It's a great song. Honor it.
