I was kinda surprised UG didnt have fully proper chords.
This tab hopes to be 99% accurate, but you are free to comment.
This is the way Jasin Todd played this song in acoustic. You can watch their live video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_pz562mL0Jw

The chords are as follows (easy progression, isnt it?)
  Bsus2 Dsus2   A     G     F#      B8      D8     Db8     Bb8
e|--2--|--5--|--5--|--3--|--2--||---x---|---x---|---x---|---x---|
B|--2--|--5--|--5--|--3--|--2--||---x---|---x---|---x---|---x---|
G|--4--|--7--|--6--|--4--|--3--||---4---|---7---|---6---|---3---|
D|--4--|--7--|--7--|--5--|--4--||---x---|---x---|---x---|---x---|
A|--2--|--5--|--7--|--5--|--4--||---2---|---5---|---4---|---1---|
E|--x--|--x--|--5--|--3--|--2--||---x---|---x---|---x---|---x---|

Look at these 8th "chords". These are not chords actually, they are simply
intervals. For example, B8 consists of notes B and B octave higher. Therefore they
are sometimes called "octave chords".

Octave chords progression is almost the same so you can replace it with ordinary chords
progression.

An alternative way to play chords is always keep strings 1 and 2 open (no bar).

It is as follows:
  Bsus2 Dsus2   A     G     F#
e|--0--|--0--|--0--|--0--|--0--|
B|--0--|--0--|--0--|--0--|--0--|
G|--4--|--7--|--6--|--4--|--3--|
D|--4--|--7--|--7--|--5--|--4--|
A|--2--|--5--|--7--|--5--|--4--|
E|--x--|--x--|--5--|--3--|--2--|

Hope you enjoy!

(INTROx2) Bsus2 - Dsus2 - A - G - F#

(VERSE 1)
Bsus2      Dsus2  A              G F#
I've got a candle, and I've got a spoon.
Bsus2        Dsus2          A           G F#
I live in a hallway with no doors and no rooms.
Bsus2       Dsus2    A              G F#
Under the windowseel, they all were found.
  B8                  D8
A touch of concrete within the doorways,
Db8       B8 Bb8
without a sound

(CHORUS)
Bsus2           F#               A          G
Someone save me if you will, and take away;
           F#
all these pills.
    Bsus2                F#                     A       G
And please, just save me, if you can, from my blasphemy
       F#
in my wasteland

(INTERLUDE) Bsus2 - Dsus2 - A - G - F#

(VERSE 2)
Bsus2     Dsus2   A             G F#
How did I get here and what went wrong.
Bsus2              Dsus2             A         G F#
Could'nt handle forgiveness, now I'm far beyond gone.
Bsus2              Dsus2      A              G F#
And I can hardly remember the look in my own eyes.
B8                       D8
How could I love this, a life so dishonest.
   Db8           B8 Bb8
It made me compromise

(CHORUS)
Bsus2           F#               A          G
Someone save me if you will, and take away;
          F#
all these pills.
    Bsus2                F#                    A        G
And please, just save me, if you can, from my blasphemy
      F#
in my wasteland

(BRIDGE)
Bsus2 Dsus2       A    G F#
Jump in the water, jump in with me.
Bsus2 Dsus2        A               G F#
Jump on the Alter, lay down with me.
Bsus2        Dsus2      A    G F#  Bsus2 Dsus2  A   G  F#
The hardest question to answer: is why why

(CHORUS)
Bsus2           F#               A          G
Someone save me if you will, and take away;
          F#
all these pills.
    Bsus2               F#                     A        G
And please, just save me, if you can, from my blasphemy
          F#
in my wasteland.

(ENDING)
Bsus2
Somebody save me.
Dsus2
Somebody save me
A               G  F#
Somebody save me.
B8
Somebody save me.
D8
Somebody save me,
Db8                   B8 Bb8 B8 (or end with Bsus2)
please don't erase me.

This is great :) At the chorus though, I think it goes Bsus2-F#-A-G-F# instead (no Dsus2).
