This is a tab for the live verision of Von featured on Heima. It's very simple so I will
write down the chords used:

D: Esus4: A: G: Bm: C:

-x- -x- -x- -x- -x- -x-
-3- -0- -2- -0- -3- -1-
-2- -2- -2- -0- -4- -0-
-0- -2- -2- -0- -4- -2-
-0- -2- -0- -2- -2- -3-
-2- -0- -0- -3- -x- -x-

Verse: D, Esus4, A, G, Bm, G and A.
Chorus: D, C, G, D, C, G, and A.

I should note that on the chorus you should play G like this:

That's the whole song! You can strum the chords or just pick them. If you're gonna strum
remember to be gentle, you should just probably use your thumb.

pretty much perfect, nice job.

although the A in the verse and the G and A
in the chorus should be played twice

like so:
D - Esus4 - A - G - Bm - G - A - A
D - C - G - G - D - C - G - G - A - A
